Setting Your Agency Goals For 2020
This video will show you how to set brand-new goals for your agency in 2020.
This is a great exercise that I’ve followed religiously for the past few years, and it’s something every agency owner should do once January 1st rolls around.
This video explains the importance of setting QUARTERLY goals – so that’s goals every three months.
On top of these, you should have some “finish line” goals for one year, three years, and five years.
Always, always write down your goals. Don’t think you can “keep them in your head”, or they’ll dissolve faster than jelly cubes in hot water.
By writing down your goals and sticking them up on the wall, you are **making a statement**.
Look at your goals every day. A workday spent not driving towards your goal is a workday wasted. Write, study and believe and sometimes the universe will give you what you want.
