These are the terms and conditions you were presented with on the self-enrolment link, at the point of purchase. These terms and conditions had to be accepted and agreed to before you could continue with your purchase.

From here on out, ‘you’ refers to the buyer and ‘we’ refers to Flexxable, the training provider.

By continuing with your purchase, you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service:

1. You agree that the use of additional software is required to action the training we have provided and that you are about to purchase. Any additional software required and costs associated with their use are separate and independent of the training you are about to purchase.

2. You agree that the training you are about to purchase is an online, self-paced, digital training product. Purchase of this product comes with access to a training course that consists of pre-recorded training modules along with supplemental resources and supporting templates.

3. You agree that the support methods available to you are via access to a private members group inside the platform Skool.com where you post in the community to ask for help and via weekly tech support calls that are hosted in a group setting.

4. You agree that access to this training product is via 1 of 3 main payment options. The first payment option is a full and single payment of $2997. The second payment option is via a monthly financing option which consists of an initial payment of $397 to get started, followed by 10 monthly payments of $397. The third payment option is via a monthly financing option which consists of an initial payment of $727 to get started, followed by 5 monthly payments of $727. You agree that the payment option that was available to you and discussed with you, was presented on the checkout page at the point of purchase.

5. If opting for the monthly financing option, you accept that payments will be taken automatically from your nominated card each month via a continuous card payment authority. Should your payment fail, the system will automatically retry your card every few days and we will reach out to you via email to notify you of any failed payments.

6. You accept that by opting for the payment plan option, you are agreeing to pay all monthly payments in order to complete the payment plan. You accept that this is not a stop at any time arrangement.

7. You accept that failure to keep up with your payment plan will result in your course and group access being revoked. Early cancellation of your plan will also result in your course and group access being immediately revoked.

8. You accept that due to the nature of this product, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final so by continuing with this purchase you are agreeing to our strict no refund policy.

9. You accept that the license to use the training programme is non-transferable and the content provided in the course is for your use only. You have no right to replicate, modify, or distribute this training to 3rd parties.

10. You accept that our site and marketing materials may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. You accept that we do not claim that all users will have the same experiences and that your individual results may vary.

11. You accept that any discounts granted by us on either the $2997 one-pay option or the monthly payment plan options are done so at our discretion and do not invalidate point 4 of these terms and conditions.

12. You also accept that if we have agreed to offer you a more personalised payment plan such as offering you a lower monthly payment over a longer period, the amount due per month and the period of the plan were outlined to you clearly on the self-enrolment link that you used to make your purchase and therefore fall in line with the same conditions outlined in point 4 of these terms and conditions.
