How To Increase Your Lead Quality

Lead Quality is a must have for lead generators!

With it, you can rapidly scale your offer and clients will be falling over themselves to work with you.

Without it, you could be left on the outside looking in, struggling to compete.

We’ve all been there.

A client is moaning about contact rates, conversion rates or just the leads being generated aren’t relevant!

It takes time and effort to generate the very best quality leads, and the algorithm needs time to learn the type of person you want to convert.

We have a variety of tips and tricks you can try to improve your quality, that have worked for us in our own agency.

However, bear in mind, it’s important to test one thing at a time so you know what is actually working.

Hey, everyone. It's Dan Wardrope here at Flexxable.

I hope you're well.

Today I wanna talk to you about what you can do to increase the quality of your leads.

A lot of people that come through my program, one of the biggest things that they get push-back on from their clients is the client saying the quality isn't there.

The contact rate is there but the quality of the leads isn't right.

So there's a number of things you can do to be able to increase the quality of your leads.

But the important thing to do is to test one thing at a time.

Don't try and make 100 different changes to the different elements of your lead generation business for this particular client.

What you wanna do is test one thing at a time.

So for example, a few things you can look at.

One is filtering out the leads that aren't a good fit for the client.

So pick up the phone, talk to your client and figure what is the best type of lead they want because you might find that you're selling them leads that don't fit their criteria and that can really hurt your conversion rate.

The second thing you can do is obviously look at contact rates and what's going on there.

If they're only getting in contact with half the leads, then you can look at implementing some sort of follow-up process for the client on their behalf.

So that could be some sort of go high-level sequence. It could be that they only contact leads for a week and then they drop off, so you can help them with contact rates that goes on for a whole year if you need to.

So something like that is gonna make a big difference.

Obviously to squeeze more out of the leads that you sell the client because they might not be doing that very well.

What else can you do? So the next thing you can do is look at different traffic sources, if you're not running Google search, then you can look at running some search ads to be able to increase the quality because they're intent-based leads, which is really going to help.

If you're not running an advertorial funnel, then you can try and write an advertorial, which will sit between maybe the ad and the landing page, which is also going to kick out the people that don't convert, sorry, kick out the people that aren't good quality and only the good quality head through.

What else can you do?

An expectations document. I've touched on that in a previous video where you can let the client know what they can expect before they order from you because if that's gonna help set expectations and they're gonna know what they're going to achieve from the leads, then this is an important step in the process, even before they even receive their first lead.

You can even look at stuff like SMS verification, PIN verification using something like LeadsHook where people go through the funnel and they have to enter their phone number, sorry, enter a PIN that they receive on their mobile phone before they can make it through the funnel.

That obviously means that every lead they've got is gonna be a live number and it's going to be someone that's opted in to receive a phone call back.

So that's really gonna help too.

So there's lots of different stuff you can do but please just do one thing at a time because if you do more than one thing, then you're not gonna know what's making the difference.
