From here on out, ‘you’ refers to the buyer and ‘we’ refers to Flexxable, the training provider.

By continuing with your purchase, you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service:

1. You agree that the use of additional software is required to action the training we have provided and that you are about to purchase. Examples of some of the additional software required were outlined to you in the FAQs document attached to the sales page you received and read through before purchase. Any additional software required and costs associated with their use are separate and independent of the training you are about to purchase.

2. You agree that the training you are about to purchase is an online, self-paced, digital training product. Purchase of this product comes with access to a training course that consists of pre-recorded training modules along with supplemental resources and supporting templates.

3. You agree that the support methods available to you are via access to a private members-only group inside the platform Skool.com where you post in the community to ask for help, and via weekly “tech support” and “client getting” calls that are hosted in a group setting. Any additional support requested by you outside of the aforementioned channels is not part of the product you are purchasing, and although we do our best to facilitate requests where possible, these cannot be guaranteed by us or relied upon by you. 

4. You agree that access to this training product is via 1 of 6 payment options. The first payment option is a full and single payment of $3,497. The second payment option is via a monthly financing option, which consists of an initial payment of $1748.50 to get started, followed by 1 monthly payment of $1748.50. The third payment option is via a monthly financing option, which consists of an initial payment of $1200 to get started, followed by 2 monthly payments of $1200. The fourth payment option is via a monthly financing option, which consists of an initial payment of $832 to get started, followed by 5 monthly payments of $832. The fifth monthly payment option is via a monthly financing option, which consists of an initial payment of $657 to get started, followed by 7 monthly payments of $832. The sixth monthly payment option is via a monthly financing option, which consists of an initial payment of $467 to get started, followed by 11 monthly payments of $467. 

5. If opting for the monthly financing option, you accept that payments will be taken automatically from your nominated card each month via a continuous card payment authority. Should your payment fail, the system will automatically retry your card every few days, and we will reach out to you via email to notify you of any failed payments. 

6. You accept that by opting for the payment plan option, you are agreeing to pay all monthly payments in order to complete the payment plan. You accept that this is not a stop-at-any-time arrangement.

7. You accept that failure to keep up with your payment plan will result in your course and group access being revoked.

8. You accept that due to the nature of this product, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final, so by continuing with this purchase, you are agreeing to our strict no-refund policy. This was outlined to you in the FAQs document attached to the sales page you received and read through before purchase. You are reminded NOT to continue with this purchase unless you accept our no-refund policy on this product.

9. You accept that as part of this purchase, you will receive a bonus. This bonus is 3 months of free access to our “Sales Wingman” product. Upon purchasing this product, you will receive an email that includes a link to the “Sales Wingman” checkout page and a unique coupon code to claim your 3 months of free access. You accept that to claim this, you need to input valid personal and card details into the relevant parts of the checkout page, along with the unique code we emailed to you, in order to activate the product and get your first 3 months of access at zero charge. 

10. You accept that once activated, the “Sales Wingman” bonus will be free for your first 3 months, and then for the 4th month which starts 3 months and 1 day after you activated your “Sales Wingman” through the checkout link mentioned in point 9 of these terms, your card will automatically be charged for the amount of $97 so that you can retain access and continue using the product. Should you not wish to continue paying for the “Sales Wingman” after the 3-month free period, you can let us know by emailing [email protected] any time before that first $97 payment is taken. 

11. You accept that should you decide to continue your “Sales Wingman” subscription after the 3-month free period, any payments you make towards this are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of this product. 

12. You accept that failure in making monthly subscription payments to the “Sales Wingman” will result in your access being revoked.

13. You accept that the “Sales Wingman” is a bonus that is included with your ROYA purchase and that successfully implementing the ROYA training is NOT dependent on having access to the “Sales Wingman” product. This means that should you decide you do not wish to use the “Sales Wingman” product after the 6-month free period, or at all, you can still implement ROYA training successfully via the other methods we teach inside the course. 

14. You accept that although the “Sales Wingman” bonus is a cancel at any time subscription type product, as per point 6 of these terms, you accept that the ROYA training you have purchased is not and by opting for the payment plan option to access the ROYA training, you are agreeing to pay all monthly payments in order to complete the payment plan. 

15. You accept that as part of your purchase, you get access to Jack Goddard’s “6-week sprint” which is a series of live weekly calls that will help you set up a cold outreach system to book coffee dates and land clients via LinkedIn. Should you not be able to attend the weekly calls live, you will be provided with access to the call recordings so that you can implement the training; however, you accept that by not attending the weekly calls, you limit your ability to get support and feedback on your work. 

16. You accept that Jack Goddard’s “6-week sprint” is a bonus that is included with your ROYA purchase and that successfully implementing the ROYA training is NOT dependent on having access to this training. Should you decide not to attend the live calls or watch the recordings, for help landing clients, you can follow and implement the ROYA “client getting” training taught inside the course; however, you accept the ROYA training is not based on landing clients via LinkedIn. 

17. You accept that the license to use the ROYA training programme and the “Sales Wingman” platform are non-transferable, and the content provided in the course and platform is for your use only. You have no right to replicate, modify, or distribute this training to 3rd parties.

18. You accept that our site and marketing materials may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. You accept that we do not claim that all users will have the same experiences and that your individual results may vary.
