A confident person will accept they’re human. They’ll be proud of their successes, but keep in mind their flaws and failures. They treat themselves with compassion while taking responsibility for their actions.

An arrogant person, on the other hand, can’t face the thought of criticism or defeat. Instead of working at a problem, they’ll blame others for their incompetencies or ditch a half-finished project if it’s anything less than perfect.
